It's really a funny thing, USA tries to monitor regular citizen as much as they can, but they forget to monitor rich people, since those are the people who actually distribute weapons illegally, transport drugs and import illegals. It's based on the Small Arms Survey, not sure if it counts all guns or only legal ones.
