That's just Broward. Florida's total demographics are pretty fair to both sides. Simplistic media goers like to say we have a strong and growing Latino base which should destroy Trump, but so many of our Latinos are Cubans who are mostly Republican (and aren't particularly fond of Mexicans) and Puerto Ricans who are a bit of a mixed bag.
