Gender roles, you can see it in how men and women commit suicide as well

I'm genuinely surprised when a woman has more than one of these qualities at any single time. Shooters need three up to all five of these qualities to carry out massacres.
There is a physiological, nurture, and neurochemical difference in how the sexes approach social inequity, insecurity, depression, and revenge. Shooters are rare enough, women who have all the qualities necessary to become a shooter and then experiencing a catalyzing event are so extremely rare as to be nonexistent while having access or desire to obtain a firearm. You're better off looking at the ratio of females who commit physical assault and/or knife sprees to get an idea of what their numbers look like.
