a lot of people here seem to be paid by trump's campaign to trash message boards and forums with as much retarded nonsense as possible. I help run servers around the world that hosts forums, two particular political forums used to get spammed daily.
they're not very smart. they create multiple accounts with the same IP address and talk to themselves, as if they're giving the illusion that people are really having a discussion about trump or whoever, but it's one person talking to themselves. same thing happened when obama was running for office.. so we started banning entire IP ranges from the USA. spam dropped considerably over a week once we started finding all the multiple accounts.
I haven't seen manipulation on an industrial scale such as this in quite some time, not since obama ran for office. same thing happened: spam by a minority of users talking to themselves. It's pathetic and hilarious all at the same time.

/pol/ is a mix of everyone, though shitposting is the thing most people see, there is some genuine and interesting conversation happening here from time to time.
It's nice and refreshing to see a place where anyone can say anything they want and have actual conversations.
While being called faggot or cuck sure but the conversations can still at least be had and points are usually at least explained on both sides, no matter how stupid one believes they are.
