Get rid of welfare, introduce mandatory strength training in public schools, improve the school lunches, mandatory home economics classes, Re-evaluate current teaching staff, remove tenure, encourage fatherhood and involvement in the childs life, deport illegals to allow teenagers/children to work easy jobs and gain experience on the economic ladder, eliminate minimum wage. let kids play outside more often. start private boy scout like clubs.
