ISIS, right? We can agree that the current migrant crisis in Europe and the ISIS phenomenon is directly linked to the abrupt withdrawal from Iraq, no?

Same for Taliban in Afghanistan, right?

ISIS/Syria has been created by the Bush/Cheney administration.
Any person denying this is intelectually dishonest or a shill.

Taliban where created in the late 70s by the US to fight commie Russia you uneducated kuk
>>
ISIS is a product of Saudi Arabia. Im not saying Onigga helped the situation, but things were set in motion long before he took office.
>>
>>76923805

ISIS was already a thing, it was Obama pulling out that ignited it.

>implying the refusal of the (nominally) democratic Iraqi government we helped install's refusal to accept our demand that US troops be immune to Iraqi prosecution (an important piece of the treaty that would've kept combat troops there) had nothing to do with it

Everything else is (sort of) spot on.

My point is that ISIS was some minor, unknown player before the withdrawal and then the withdrawal allowed them to use the power vacuum to fuck up the Middle East and send millions of sand people to Europe, starting the downfall of Western society.

When Abu Islam al-Muhammad will write the history of the early 21st century in 40 years in the Caliphate's capital of Al-Berlin, he will note down "And the prophet made the conquered Western kufar leave the holy land of Iraq and the phrophet's followes, Inshallah, took up the great expansion to al-Yurop to kill the liberal kufar and take their women slaves."

Taliban didn't exist until mid nineties.

>ISIS phenomenon is directly linked to the abrupt withdrawal from Iraq, no?

No, the rise of ISIS only really happened once the U.S fucked up Syria so bad in their proxy war that it allowed them to grow exponentially and cross borders.

They had a whole new recruiting base in Syria. Schwa schwa.

Iraq had something to do with it, but the only reason ISIS grew in power was because of the CIA's action in Syria.

Moderate muslims gonna moderate :^) Schwa.

It was the US interference in the war though and arming of the Mujahedin in Afghanistan against the government which was back by the soviets. Sound familiar yet? Anyway the civil war that happened once the Soviets pull out in '89 lead to the Taliban holding most territory except for the small bit that the Northern Alliance held. So yeah the Taliban were created in the sense that all the elderly fighters and fuckheads that started the Taliban were armed and put in a winning position by the US.

The Taliban didn't hold afghanistan between 89 and 94 you retard. it was held by different warlords and even at one point by the Northern Alliance. The warlords were fighting amongst themselves.
>>
>>76923805
Weak government in Iraq, NO government in Libya, besieged government in Syria... yes the rise of ISIS is linked to Western meddling in the Middle East

The Taliban were actually directly started up by the CIA to fight the Soviet Union in Afghanistan, so that one's even more directly linked to Western influence
>>
>>76923805
More like the destabilization caused by toppling dictators and arming "rebels." And yeah I guess the withdraw allowed them to thrive, but if we wouldn't have been there in the first place it wouldn't have come to that.
>>
>>76924492
They're financing the asf alongside the U.S.

ISIS is russia and iran
>>
>>76925511
I never said it was held by the Taliban you shitposting cunt. Can you fucking read?
>>

>bush created this years after he was in office

it was 100% obama and his "leading from behind" bullshit.
>>
ISIS was inevitable. As is any conflict in the middle east. The whole place should be nuked to shreds. BOOM, 90% closer to total world peace.
>>
The Taliban was first created to fight the soviets, Osama bin laden at the time was considered an ally, i remember reading an article in the..guardian? from around early 90' or late 80' calling bin laden "A man on a road for peace". anyway, Bin laden started all the muh death to america after he was refused to assist the gulf countries against Iraq. ISIS was created due to the inability of the united states to implant democracy in the middle east.
and ofc, most of the elements of isis are funded by the US, Hillary clinton and the red line anyone?
>>
>>76923805
Yes, Obama pulling out before we could set anything up caused a power vacuum that created ISIS.
>>
>>76923805
It's why we haven't left Afghanistan yet. We are staying until we can be sure that it won't turn into ISIS 2.0 (or someone pulls us out early like a dumbass).
>>
>>76927231
And if we nuked the rest of the world as well, we would be at 100%
>>
>>76923805
Pretty much. The realpolitik following the 00s wars is that the entire region needs to be oppressed and secularised for probably 50+ years to sort it out. Consider it like the reunification of Germany.
>>
>>76923805
America likes to arm and train locals to fight for them. Once they're done though, the locals use this for their own backwards retarded goals and they become the new threat.

It started to fight the soviets via proxy and it got us al qaeda, boko haram, isis and probably more.
>>
>>76923805
Know what caused ISIS?

A fucking backward stone age desert religion, inbred idiots and Saudi Arabia.

If you wanted order, you should've annexed Iraq.
