Ultimately she should have kids no matter what just because of her intelligence. However a half black/white is almost guaranteed to lose whatever black physical traits in a few generations. When the parents made the decision to abandon their country they consequently take a large risk of losing their lineage in a few generations.
Ultimately given a guy in her ethno-region (black'ish) that is comparable to within say 80% of her current white boyfriend, that would then be the superior option because you're not unlinking the lineage and so the child can feel a strong identity and pride in the face of an ever increasing brown-looking society lacking any solid foundational heritage.
