As far as I can see, minorities, mainly blacks, are a cancer on the United States. They are less intelligent, more likely to be on welfare, and commit violent crimes at outrageously high rates, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. They simply don't conduct themselves in a way befitting people in a civilized country. Some people will explain these behaviors away by pointing to poverty rather than race as the main factor (which, of course, makes sense for the welfare one), but in my experience, poor whites are usually still decent people. If you have black skin and a completely different genetic origin and live within a country comprised mostly of white people, you will naturally gravitate towards others similar to yourself, this creates a closed community which isolates you from the majority, and it is therein that the division starts. This is worsened by an "us vs them" mentality that grows, catalysed by the insecurity that breeds due to being outnumbered.
The majority generally has more leeway for acceptance of different types, when 99% of the population is white, something like race is of no concern, it is only when these groups grow and threaten the unity of the larger group that you see backlash from the majority.
In all, it ultimately stems from the original tendancy to favour your own kind, not something everyone posseses to the same degree , those who admire the majority, what many might call an uncle tom, will not seek to separate themselves from the majority, and will end up just fading away as they are absorbed socially and genetically into the majority.
Naturally the solution to this is to ensure that minorities never become large enough in number that these groups can form and seperate themselves. But apparrently someone somewhere though that if races were all equal in standing they would stop fighting, which, in an almost tragically amusing way, is the complete opposite of reality. Successful countries need to be united by culture, genetics, and law.
