AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHABA
>>76743683
Sad. Despite so many neckbeards wasting months of their time, ultimately it was not gaymergate that killed Gawker but a sex tape of Jesse "The Body" Ventura.
>>76743683
Been waiting a long time to hear this one
>all those people thinking Hogan will still get his money now
>>76744564
He wasn't trying to get money, he was trying to kill Gawker. And he won.

>Gawker Declaring Bankruptcy, Will Be Put Up for Auction
https://archive.is/qEZ1I
Damn, someone might buy it
>>76744564
Hogan already has his money, the court paid it and Gawker foots the bill to the court. What happens now is the court sells off Gawkers assets to get back the loan they gave to them
>>76743683
Hahahaha! The Hulkster has done it!
>>76743683
>Watching all the Leftists scramble and try to make excuses for why this happened
Daily reminder that being a Liberal is now Creationist-tier cringeworthy.
>>76744681
Watch it be Thiel or Hogan himself. They should turn the domain into a simpl looping gif of hulk hogan power bombing a wrestler.
Are we actually forgetting it was Peter Thiel that did the real work. Hulk just had to get busted fucking his friend's wife.
>Hulk at the top
Eat shit Gawker
>>76743683
What chapter though. if it's 9 or 11 they're not planning on liquidating right?

>Move comes after $140 million Hogan judgment is ruled to stand; auction to begin with $100 million bid from publisher (((Ziff))) Davis
All I know is that it's the end of gawker, if the guys in charge don't restart something else.
Explain to an economic know-nuffin everything there is to know about bankruptcy.

>Auction off assets
>Money goes to creditors
>Hogan first in line
STICKY

It's a chapter 11 bankruptcy. These are meant for businesses to restructure. Of course I think the court at this point or whoever are going to hold an auction off of their assets in order to satisfy their creditors, shareholders and finally anyone else in that order. It's not inconceivable that gawker could go on, their name carries a trade mark and whatever. But I don't think the same staff would head it.
Sadly Denton and whoever are shielded from most liability. But I don't doubt they had huge personal stakes in their company so it'll hurt them.

>When a business is unable to service its debt or pay its creditors, the business or its creditors can file with a federal bankruptcy court for protection under either Chapter 7 or Chapter 11.
>In Chapter 11, in most instances the debtor remains in control of its business operations as a debtor in possession, and is subject to the oversight and jurisdiction of the court.

They're just looking for someone to pay debts

So if they find a faggot benefactor they could remain alive and continue to peddle garbage. Sounds like something Bezos might be interested in acquiring.
>Trump becomes President
>Britain leaves the EU (and indirectly causes the collapse of it by the multiple countries that will follow our example)
>Gawker (the first Jew based anti-white website to bite off more than it can chew) is completely over
Is this the end of the Jew?

Maybe Bernie saves? :^)
