It's normal to feel this way especially in the world we live in today if you aren't actively taking part in the degeneracy encouraged by society you're automatically an outcast which isn't a bad thing to be honest but it can make things harder.
If you feel anxious or awkward for some reason try and find the source of this and fix it.
