A strong Libyan unity government is emerging from the chaos, and stronger for overcoming ISIS.

If Kerry was secretary of state at that time, Benghazi would've been gutted and Gaddafi would still be in power.

ISIS doesn't matter, there will always be a replacement. Too much political and ethnical diversity, it will never form a successful unified government for a long time. It's going to be mostly lawless and this will allow extremism to thrive.

Like Syria and Yemen after long periods of civil war, the country's police, secret service and the rest is too busy fighting the other side of the civil war while the extremists are building networks and recruiting.

Al-Qaeda will probably be stepping in if ISIS gets kicked out of Libya, they are the ones who have the most experience with terrorism.

Libyan government will grow from the challenge of fighting isis.
>>
>>76669679
No they won't. Like the Yemen government didn't grow form fighting al-Qaeda.

There are two main sides with some smaller sides. As soon as the threat of ISIS is diminished they'll be ready to backstab each other for an advantage. Especially now.

Because of what Obama's foreign policy has done, and that is create distrust betwenn Sunnis and the US. These people believe in conspiracy theories about the US intentionally fucking over the Sunnis in exchange for better relations with the Shias (Iran deal, Iraqi government).

Since one side of the civil war has an ideology where their religion (Sunni) plays important roles in government and the other is more like the Gaddafi era. Which one do you think would be ready to trust the US will be backing them to the end?

If Gaddafi was still in power, Europe wouldn't be currently getting flooded by blacks and muslims.

Make the Mediterranean southern sea border porous with deposing the leader is his revenge and vindication. No monkeys forever for a paltry sum of 4 billion a year but no.

Shoo disinfo shill

We've condoned dictatorship that oppressed pinkos in the cold war how is it contrary to do about Islamism and the war on terror?

Are you hearing this from Libyans not involved in government or ISIS? Because they're the ones who are going to continue getting fucked for decades. I don't think they'd agree with you.

Post an archive link or fuck off.

>Gaddafi would still be in power.
Good.
>>
>>76672679
I detest Hillary supporters and she wouldn't be my first choice, but at least she isn't a feckless coward on foreign policy like Obama.
>>
>>76670837
The difference is ISIS has made it self the live streaming evil villain bent on destroying the world, Libya will be beloved for fighting them in an organized fashion, they'll be like America in WWII
>>
>>76672210
Just tell me why you'd rather see Libya end up more like Syria right now than Tunisia

>>76667940

I see nothing wrong with this.

>incite civil war
>arm 'moderate' rebels to exacerbate things
>situation deteriorates
>migrants start flooding into the EU
>you take them in like dumbasses
>this is Assad's fault

>>76672864
Thank fucking god you don't live here because Obama has approved of all the bullshit actions that happened and Hillary would be the same interventionist retard as him.
>>
>>76673384
How the fuck did Obama incite civil war on Syria? Do you seriously think the only people unhappy with being ruled by Assad were provocateurs and extremists, or are you just jealous your civil rights aren't cucked by your head of state as much as the average Syrian?
>>
>>76673639
The middle east needs strongmen at the helm or things rapidly turn to shit. Do you think the average citizen of Egypt is more free after the revolution? Do you think the average citizen of Lybia is more free after the revolution? The Libyan government is only being held together by the military and the military is currently doing all the work, if you think Hillary is 'on the right side' after destroying a country instead of leaving it be you are retarded.

>strong Libyan unity government is emerging
you mean they've finally been offered enough cash bribes, the way we bribe the coup generals in Egypt with millions of dollars cash YEARLY
>>
If NATO stayed out of the Libyan civil war. Qaddafi would have crushed the rebels. He would have then supported Based Assad's struggle against the International Jewry.
>>
>>76674763
>>76667940
NATO should have stayed the fuck out of Libya. It has done nothing good on the West.
>>
>>76674763
Nah, probably not. I kind of liked Gaddafi but just look at Syria. The civil war would have just dragged on until the rebels would have been properly radicalized.

It sucks that the western governments always HAVE to have some sort of opinion or preference to some war. They shouldn't have backed the rebels politically or militarily, and of course they would have never backed Gaddafi because that would be political suicide.

They should have just waited until both sides ideologies developed then make some statement. Instead of backing everyone fighting a dictator then apologizing for them when they become radicalized.
