OP the best thing to do is to try and get away from all the POS for a while, work at a national park or do some sort of ranger shit for a few months at least. Anything that will disconnect your from the greater world, undertake some task to focus on or something like that. If thats too much just use up your vacation time and just take a trip away from people for a while, wife included.
