There was a thread about this earlier today. An Östibro laid out the numbers and said that there are enough questionable votes that this could overturn the election with a favorable ruling to the FPÖ. Then there was a massive argument with some shills about how Hofer and his followers are sore losers a conspiracy theorists for calling for the Anfechtung. That's basically it and we have to wait for the ruling.

Honestly, even if the election went the other way and the FPÖ won, I'd still support checking if everything went correctly. With such a close race it should be common sense, if only to dispel the doubts about the election being rigged. Especially when there are some irregularities with the voter turnout.
