Some like to say that Pepe, one of the older memes on 4chan, is actually a powerful Egyptian chaos God named Kek that feeds off of our memes and manipulates reality.
I myself believe that our powerful faith and dedication in memes as well as our hive minds perfectly in sync, are somehow bringing things into existence through some kind of quantum mechanic.
In quantum theory the universe is full of probability waves that are in a state of superposition that when broken cannot be predicted.
They remain in that state until something influences it (makes a record of it), which in turn breaks the super position and brings it into our reality.
Look at the double split experiment for an example.
This quatum theory could explain the multiverse theory (many world's theory), where the universe is constantly splitting due to probability waves breaking their superposition and ending in one of 2 possibilities.
We may have found a way to control the probability wave in our favor and bring things that would be seemingly "impossible" into reality.
How we are doing it remains to be discovered, however, as humans with freewill, we are spontaneous in our actions by nature.
This spontaneous behavior that is decided by our minds cannot be guessed by outside forces.
We decide what we will do and only we know our choices before we carry them out.
To the outside world our decisons are probability waves in a superposition. This is incredibly important because we have a type of quantum influence in this universe.
I don't know what we are doing, but these occurrences with memes coming to life should be HIGHLY IMPROBABLE, but not impossible in a quantum world.
