How easy is it to get a permit?
Kasich obviously lives blazed 24/7, just look at how he eats.

Pretty tough here I think.
Cancer, epilepsy sort of stuff.
Full blown legal more likely than California style farsical "medical" system.
I quit recently anyway.

So how is faring on the legal states?
Is America getting closer to legalization?

It's legal where it's legal. Colorado and Washington. Colorado is supposed to be really great if that's your scene.
America will reschedule it as a controlled substance and leave legality up to states. But I doubt it happens under either of these candidates. Would have to be an Obama last minute thing or were waiting another 4 years for anything significant from Washington.

To clarify: 1st Washington I was referencing the state of Washington, 2nd time the federal government.

Ohio voters overwhelmingly rejected full marijuana legalization in 2015.

Not saying Ohioans are stoners, but the monopoly written into that law is what got it BTFO that severely.

Nah, that was just the spin from the legalize crowd to explain away their bad loss here. The margin was too significant to have had the monopoly thing affect its final outcome, especially when you consider most voters are idiots and probably knew jack-all about that concern.
