From a scientific perspective, light eyes are better because they see better in darker environments. Having the ability to see better in sunny environments like people with dark eyes isn't that much of an advantage since it's fairly easy to see on a sunny day anyway.
White skin is also superior because we don't require as much vitamin D from the sun in areas without much sun, however if we live somewhere that's sunny we simply tan and adapt. Black people living in scandinavia have to take fish oil or some other vitamin D pill.
There's nothing scientifically better about hair on white people, other than the hair is silky and soft which is more pleasing to most people. Also white people are harrier than nigs or asians, which provides protection in every climate.
