Read somewhere Korean is the most effective language. The rules are always followed. Unlike many of the Western languages where you put a silent 'k' at the beginning of 'knack' and an extra 'k' that isn't needed because the 'c'. With also the word 'mnemonic' which has a 'm' that's not pronounced.
