The St. Louis riots, I will argue, would never have happened had the black communities had more jobs. The local dindus might have argued how trayvon turned his back to walk away and then the cop struck an anime pose and then emptied his gun unto him, but it's pretty obvious to everyone involved that that wasn't what happened.

But back to my point. Cops are more lenient when places are safer, and more economic opportunities for blacks, rather than juan and his thirty two cousins, would help relations between cops and blacks, not worsen it.
