it is funny that the majority of the work force does not keep the surpluses of what they create, and yet they do work hard in an attempt to advance their careers.
one can easily come up with a communistic system that retains such motivations.
the real problem would be how to create and encourage innovation, and there I cannot imagine how a communist system can perpetuate that. unless we say construct a society in where if one creates innovation one gets some sort of social browie points or some shit like that.
I'm a communist too, but don't you think we need some kind of organization with a lot of power to make sure capitalists don't try to fuck us over?
