I'm not used to coffee yet. But I love ice coffee with a lot of milk and sugar. I also like coffee with milk and sugar. Ofc it's not very healthy with sugar but I like it.

Mike Cernovich advocates contrast showers rather than caffeine.
Start with a warm shower like you normally would, then turn it to cold while you're under it for as long as you can take it. Then turn it back to warm for double the amount of time you ran it cold. Then turn it back to cold again. Do this 3-5 times, and end on cold.
