Nah, because the assumption is that the US remained neutral, which would mean that it hadn't antagonised Japan, which would mean that it wouldn't be split between Germany/Japan.
Russia would be a great deal smaller, France would have stayed Vichy, Britain would eventually have surrendered. Germany and Austria would still be united, maybe with some of the countries they conquered, and definitely with a great big chunk of Russia. China and Korea would still be BTFO.

Seriously, Philip K Dick already wrote about this in The Man in the High Castle. Germany has won in Europe and Japan has won in the Pacific. The US is partitioned into three parts - western controlled by Japan, eastern a vassal of Germany, and a neutral central portion.
The main character writes a sci-fi story in which the US and Russian have won the war...and for this he gets in trouble.

I doubt the Reich could have stayed together after Hitler's death in the late 40s or early 50s, so Greater Germany would be its own country and the other ones would go more-or-less back to their pre-war borders.
And instead of Nazis being vilified and Nazism being banned, it would be Communism that's banned. Nazis would still be seen as little shits though, like we see commies today.
