I did a bio major, there was always math involved, but 80% of it was just statistics. out of all STEM fields, I'd say bio is the easiest if you use the math involved as an indicator. imo it's one of the easier stem majors, don't know if it's "the easiest" but it's gotta be up there

If you get hired and finished a University you probably know all that stuff. Monkeys aren't staying in the industry for long. Abstract vision, mathematics and logic is what defines a programmer. We actually learned how to prove mathematical theorems and statements using proof assistant in the University. Not to mention that for a complete understanding you have to know all the concepts - on high level and on low level, how everything works, e.t.c. And, of course, you have to know all the popular frameworks, technologies and os. I'd say it's one of the hardest things in STEM.
