If universal acceleration is correct, once it ran out of fuel, it would collide back into the earth (you could calculate when this would happen). However, if you're full of shit, we'd never see the rocket again.
The typical answer to rockets is that we shoot them such that the curve around the earth, but if you shot one straight up in the air, it would test this "universal acceleration" hypothesis.
