I saw 160k estimate yesterday. I knew that was fantasy but 38k is pure shit. What they don't say anymore is that if you don't have at least 115k new jobs added to the market, you're retracting. Labor participation is still abysmal which means no one is working. Honest business types would put the unemployment % alongside the LPR, the percentage on food stamps, and the month to month trend of numbers of folks getting disability checks.
