The EU is unofficially starting its big leaps turning into a federal state, you can see this from the massive hate speech censorship law enacted awhile ago, sooner or later this will grow.

To answer your question, I really can't say what will happen with the EU. I think Bongistan isn't as smothered in refugees as Germany, so they may be less inclined to crack down on them. On the other hand, a terror attack may give Brexit the push it needs.

To answer your question, don't underestimate that there's a core of countries for whom EU is actually working pretty good. You could have UK and the whole lot of Club Med countries leaving, the rest would still continue cause it just makes sense economically. Heck, you could have France leaving and Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria and probably most of the Eastern and Northern countries would continue to work together. That alone would make many think twice about leaving.
