I can relate to your story, but my dad's business ended up going under instead of cheap mexican labor.
He replaced, installed, and repaired conveyor belts for factories and mines. The money was good, and our employees usually ended up on a part-time basis. He only had two good employees (all were white men aged 19-30) through all five years. The majority of them would get their paycheck and fuck off for a week or two, or they'd fail drug tests.
