Does the future of the white race lay in the east? I've been looking at houses in smaller cities in eastern Europe, and they can sell from 3000 euros to 30,000 euros. I would be a fool to become a debt slave so that I can buy a tiny shit home for 500,000 in this overpopulated shithole. What do easterners think, you need some more people anyways right?
>>
>moving to anywhere in yurop
Kek

Come home white man.
>inb4 Brazil isnt white
>>
Western-aligned Eastern Europe is next. Give it a few decades, their economies and quality of life will improve, their kids will all receive tertiary education, and they too, they too will eventually join the cuck train.

It can't be stopped.
>>

The reason the housing in such places is so cheap is because no one wants to live there, more exactly there's no work there. Not even saying about high paying work. Enjoy living for 400-500 euros a month.
Well the situation is very different if you take those western euro bucks here. Then you live very well. Imo good option for retirement, with a western pension

>>75858289
Where in eastern europe, house cost 3000 euros?
>>
>>75858289
That house looks comfy
>>
>>75859068
Svilengrad, Bulgaria. It will be in bad condition, but if you fix it by hiring some slavs for 3 euro's an hour, it's still 1% the price of buying a house here.
>>
Im not afraid of niggers but sun and warmth would be nice.
>>
>>75859185
So your pic is in bulgaria?

Why don you move to belaruse?
>>
>>75858969
>Enjoy living for 400-500 euros a month.

that sounds great because i spend around 2400€ every month and i hate it.
>>
>>75859185
not even gypsies will work for 3 euro an hour, and they can only carry things, not build or even make concrete
though I agree that you can find a house for 3k in the Balkans
>>
>>75859350
As long as you get to eat,pay your bills, etc is fine
>>
>>75859419
Nice

If i remove kebab, can i get house for 3k?
>>
>>75859419
>house for 3k
Yeah a 10 square feet house
>>
>>75859569
Cheaper house in romania cost?
>>
>>75859518
I know there are some houses in villages in Vojvodina for 2K, but they are in the middle of nowhere and good luck living there without some land to grow crops, and land is very expensive there because the soil is the best in Europe
>>
>>75858794
>education
We have education alright, we have a problem with corruption. We will never join the cuck train, though.

>>75859185
>3euroes/hour
It's a scam.

Btw, a better alternative is to buy houses in the villages right near cities, they are cheap as fuck, free of pollution and you are usually 5 minutes with a car from the city. A friend bought a 3 story house with 12000square meters backyard for 15000 euroes.
Fixing the house to the most modern standarts usually costs ~750euroes every 30square meters if you do it yourself or double if you pay somebody. Also, for westerners we have a lot of international companies that build factories and whatever here, we have call centres and a lot of software companies that take people who can speak english. I don't think you can find another job here without knowing our language, well except starting a business I guess.
>>
>>75859068
>>75859185
The cheapest livable houses with tiny bit of land in villages i know are worth about 10k euros. For 3k you'll get something that needs to be bulldozed and built anew
>>
>>75859419
Actually a construction worker's pay per hour in Bulgaria is 1.25 euroes. Gypsies work for the same amount. A specialist, like the people who place tiles, or put windows, they work based on how much work they do, not in hours.

>>75859638
You can get a house for 3k in Bulgaria, but it's gonna be in some shitass place nobody goes, which probably has gypsies living there. It's stupid to buy that property, cause you're not gonna want to live there or will not be able to sell it. You can get a decent house for 10-30k Euroes, near a major city preferably.

Mhm. What if I buy half a village for 100,000 and turn it into a holiday park close to a city? I feel like rubbing my hands...
>>
>>75859708
Don't you have a law where everyone who ever owned your house before you still part owns it or some bollocks like that?
>>
>>75859959
Enjoy your funeral.
>>
>>75859959
Yeah, you can, but the problem is you're gonna rip your hair out with Bulgarian bureaucracy, many foreigner small business owners that tried to create a business here just outright failed due to their inability to cope with our shitty commie system.
It's like that https://youtu.be/sqvk4ibXIaY?t=179
but 100 times worse. And you gotta bribe people too, but if you're up to the task, why not, we're inviting to white Europeans.
>>
>>75860092
Nope.
>>
>>75860198
why do you say that sloven-kun? will the local maffia kill me?

>>75860241
mhm yea that sucks. Id want to evade Poland and the Czech republic since theyre already becoming richer. Romania would be nice since their language would be easier, but there's many gypsies so that sucks. Bulgaria has many roaches but they can't be as bad as the arabs here. Would Bulgaria be the best country for new germanic settlement?
>>
>>75858289
In what country can you buy a house for 3000 euros?!?! are they normal sized houses? you sure you're not exaggerating?
>>
>>75858289
I think this is a great idea for Europe. We should make all the low intelligence people move back over the mountains
>>

here. I saw it in a small Bulgarian border city

I'm not sure, I don't know of any similarities between the cultures other than being white.

disagree, easterners have a very different mentality that transcends quality of life, they missed out on so much western bs, and are fundamentally more honest. they wont become cucks anymore than japan or korea are cucks.
>>
>>75861042
with some plaster on the walls, a fresh layer of paint and some gardening work, these houses could be great and 200% nigger free. I don't need anything besides a bed and a pc anyways.
>>
>>75861573
>200% nigger free.
You gotta do your research, cause there might be gyppos and gyppos in small village areas are very dangerous, cause we can't really control them properly out there. There hasn't been a case in which a foreigner has been attacked or robbed by a gypsy here, but that's probably cause they do their research well. There are villages in which 10-15 elderly people live and some gypsies and the gypsies steal from the elderly people and there have been attacks. But if you do your research and go to a place without one gypsy or a village with a large Bulgarian population you won't have a problem at all. As I suggested previously, get one in a village near a major city like Plovdiv, Varna, Sofia, Burgas, etc, ask if there are gypsies or how many people live in that village, generally if there are more than 300 Bulgarians you'd have no problem, people are very friendly and villages are like communities.

Life in Bulgarian villages is pretty dope, you'd probably drink a lot with the villagers(we drink with our neighbours a lot), there are massive events where people from several villages gather in one village and it's called a "cъбop", literally "gathering". Drinks, food, dances, music.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sLqhWLzV_GY this one is in a small town.

So basically if you wanna neet it out, Bulgaria is a great place. You can neet it out on a 250 euro/monthly, you can live like a king on 500 euroes/monthly and you can have a family of 4 for 1000/monthly. I suggest to gather 100k and neet out the rest of your life here.
>>
>>75862356
Wow your country is good

You cant live good with 250 euro a month here
>>
>>75862602
I said you can neet it out, but that's if you already have a home, forget about it if you're paying a rent.
Generally prices go like that:
Pork is 3€/kg, beer is 0.5€ 0.5L - 1.1€ 2L, bread is 0.5€, rice is 1€/kg, seasonal vegetables range from 0.25€-1€ / kg, salmon is 14€/kg, trout is 4€/kg, chinese food ranges from 2.5€-4.5€ for a dish, you can go to a restaurant for 5€ up to 12.5€ per person (with drinks), electricity is 0.1€/W/h, water is 0.9€/cubic metre, cigarettes are 2.6€/pack, alcohol ranges from 5€/litre (bulgarian) to 17€/0.7L Jack Daniels.
>>
>>75862356
that looks nice. your people look darker than i thought lol. i speak fluent english without a strong accent, would there be work for me?
>>
>>75863206
I saw some houses, some of them are fixable
>>
Moved to Belarus, I love that country
>>
>>75863206
To be fair, those are almost German prices.

It sounds spoiled, but the West still isn't so bad that there are really many better places to move to.
As soon as your standard of living is high enough, the whole shit will start all over.
>>
>>75858794
You guys were duped into multicultural mess when there was not that much evidence what a failure it will turn out to be. Our youth is more educated then boomers but votes right-wing in much higher percentages then older generations. And countries like Japan and Korea prove that you can be both prosperous and homogeneous.

wtf, I hate America now
>>
>>75864119
Yeah really, I just bought a 1300 Sq ft home for 200k, with a small yard.
>>
>>75863981
Anyone can be prosperous, you just need a govt that work for the country and its people
>>
>>75863540
It's the weather, we get darker during the summer. Also, as I mentioned earlier, yes you can find work in a call centre, as a highly speciliased "modern technology" employee like a coder, or in a foreign company(which we have a lot), but if you decide to do it, do your research, you will not find a low-pay job without knowing a little bit Bulgarian.

>>75863627
Yeah, from those super cheap houses most require at least 5-10 grand to repair, so the price is a lie, you won't get a modernly repaired house for less than €12k .

>>75863926
That's the beauty of it, we are not raising our standart of living, what our government is doing right now, intentional or not is to bring in foreign investment due as much as it can due to the cheap high-quality labor ratio.

>>75864119
Well, yea, a lot of foreigners from western-Europe near their retirement choose to live here, it's cheaper, small towns are pictionary, comfy and calm, live moves slow there and also we don't lack anything the modern person needs, a car trip from one end of the country to the other is less than 15 hours, so basically any point in Bulgaria will have a close access to a major city for things like a cinema, theathre, restaurants. There are many Italian and Chinese restaurants, there's pizza and burgers everywhere, KFC, MCdonalds, everything an american needs - quick access to fast food. But I'm sure you'll love Bulgarian cuisine, it's not as meaty as American is, but we have a lot of meat here, every kind you want. You'll also have access to almost every kind of European food as well as middle-eastern, just yesterday I bought some dates imported from Iran, those motherfuckers have the best dates ever, when compared to Greek dates Iranian dates are like elephant testicles compared to rat testicles.

So I suggest to everybody that want to neet it out to gather 150k dorra and come and live their lives here. But also, if you're visiting Europe consider visiting Bulgaria, it's not only sunny beach.

Bulgarian housing is not that cheap, the cheap houses are in regions nobody wants to buy, even just outside of town. People want to be in the heart of major cities. Which is great for people like me who want cheap housing, the house I was referring to is 27km from Plovdiv, the second largest city in Bulgaria, the road to it is a major vein in Bulgaria, so you can get to the city 5-15 mins.

Here's a blog I read about some feminist teacher that came from America to Bulgaria and while it's tip top kek to read it, because she complains about things like burning wood or no big sizes of pants, it paints a picture how life in a medium(small maybe, don't know) city in Bulgaria is for a foreigner.

My family (father, mother, sisters) owns 3 houses in a village 10 minutes from a city.
One was for 5K €, and the renovation was around 4K €. It's got a shitload of land, since it was owned by farmers before, and my family actually makes use of the land, making some big bucks on the side.
The second house was for around 2K €, but it was small and didn't need any renovation, just some cheap furnishing. But it has also got a fair amount of land around it, since it was also owned by farmers before. We used it, but not anymore, since it wasn't cost-effective.
The third house has got the least amount of land, but holy shit, it's big. It was for around 10K €. It needed some major renovation. The roof had to be remade and supporting pillars in the house replaced. Now it's minor work, but 20K € was put into repairing it.

But one thing you can be certain about - the walls of those houses are solid as fuck. If it got holes, you basically put a rock or brick in there and cover it all up with plaster, then paint it and it's like new.

But not every village has a good location, and I personally know people who have to drive from half an hour to an hour just to get to their workplace. So that's a thing to consider when looking for such houses.

But my family's been lucky so far.
