Time itself warps and curves and bends. Our decisions on whether or not to follow good or evil have nothing to do with time itself.
Because Lucifer also exists outside of time, he exists in the spiritual world which is eternal and not bound by time.
It's impossible for us to fully comprehend how God can exist outside of time itself. But the gist of it is that your choice to choose good or evil is not a pre-determined choice. It is YOUR choice.
