It's really only a matter of time. As of right now the only people who are ensuring its existence are middle aged white men. In 20 years when the current college generation that needs safe spaces is in positions of political power you will see a push for its removal.
Hillary already said she wants to do something about all of this "hateful rhetoric". Trump is temporary bandaid. Even if he gets elected, in 2024 the pendulum will swing far left and we'll end up with a commie president.

To be fair, the First Amendment is an 18th century construct. I'm not sure that in its current form it fits a the internet age. Not saying it should be repealed of course, only that I understand why some people think it should be revised.
