Funny, because the leaked Sony emails all but confirmed that they dug up old contractual obligations signed by cast members decades ago for a third ghostbusters movie and basically cornered them into appearing in this film because of bullshit loopholes. Emails also said original cast (especially murray) was strongly against making a new film male or female but sony strong armed them.
