Japanese is too difficult to learn. In order to accommodate immigrants, there will need to be a new, massive linguistic and cultural reform.
Replace kanji with either the Latin or the Arabic alphabet.
Make sure important information is available in multiple languages.
Educate the Japanese population on Middle-Eastern and North African values. Introduce them to things like falafel, ramadan and salah.
I respect Japanese culture, and I thank them for giving the world anime reaction images. But the reality is that Japan will have to change to counter the population crisis. New blood will need to immigrate, and hopefully integrate better than Europe has.
