Not really at least not regularly. Only when there's a chimpout or some spike in crime they'll try to blame it on Finnish men or ''Finnish society''. Whenever there's a crime committed by a white Norwegian cis male, the media are pretty loud about it. "Hey look everyone, whites can do bad stuff as well!" And often show a picture of the person.
If no ethnicity is mentioned in the article, and there's no picture, its safe to presume that the perpetrator is non Norwegian.
