There's no type of advertisement/TV series/movie that makes me roll my eyes more than one that tries to cram in as much variety in race, ethnicity, gender and disability as possible, to the point where you start to question if such a group of friends is realistic or normal.

humans instinctively collect themselves unto groups to thrive. the natural selection of humanity has been based on the quick initial judgments humans make to collect into groups. As a result of thousands of years of making such judgments, distinct cultures have grown, which in effect has a compound influence on human judgment. "Systematic racism" boils down to a human endlessly picking the most self beneficial option of a many times subconscious choice. The color of one's skin is just one aspect. All races and cultures behave this way and It is actually harmful in the long run to forcibly disrupt this behavior.
