This is also true, and it's extremely difficult to get it when you're young. My neck has been messed up for three years now from automobile accident and most lawyers have told me they simply don't give it out to anyone under 40 for physical disabilities unless it is something extremely incapacitating. If you can be depended on to work the most menial and basic of jobs you can't get it.
Meanwhile thousands of perfectly healthy people go in front of judges and say "I'm crazy, I'll shoot the place up if ya make me work" and they get a check.

You can use tendons from other parts of body and take them from cadavers..
Problem is hamstring surgeries are damn expensive... They have to open the whole back of leg from knee to ass in some cases...
