Transnistria does not have a TLD code so they can't be obtained. But there are flags with similar designs, so maybe you mistook it for another flag
Pitcairn posted a few weeks ago asking for more people to come to the island and setting up a citizenship program. He even posted proofs. Google images didn't show any results for that image he posted, so I'm inclined to believe he was real and not a proxy. He says he heard about 4chan on the news.
