A lot of people are using them to fly over their hot neighbors and since the cameras on most of them do at least 720p, you can see her sunbathing topless in her backyard.

I own a drone similar to the one in OP's pic. I've seen them a bunch of times in public but never over someone else house, only over the owners home or public areas (parks, lakes, etc.). Personally I have never flown over someone else property with mine.

There are, or were, two in my neighborhood just like ops pic. One guy would fly his exclusively during the day, but the other asshole would have his flying only at night. His flight path would ALWAYS take it directly over my house. One night I took video of it and called the cops, of course they could do nothing as I couldn't prove he was "spying" through my windows. I even invested ($25) on an IR camera, got video of the camera mounted to the bottom of it, then called the cops...again. They still wouldn't do anything.
So, being the amerifat gun nut that I am, I mounted the IR camera to my silenced 1200 fps pellet gun, perfected the sighting, and waited.
I hit that fucker directly in the lens of camera, shattering it beyond repair.
Haven't seen it in months
