But to be honest the age of internet and social media has taken a huge toll on our youth.
It's easier than ever to distance oneself from reality and social life and feed all sorts of insecurities and fears through the internet. Lack of friends and family also makes you more vulnerable to addictions especially at young age which doesn't help.

What these countries have in common is that they are all generally awful places mainly ruined by Communism - notice that the top 9 all were in the USSR.
Not to mention the fact that most of these countries have little to none national pride, which was achieved by many means, for example - the Baltic states are pretty much ethnically assimilated by our previous occupants, first the Crusades came and destroyed our paganism, then the Germans came to own our land, then the Commonwealth, then Sweden, then Russia, etc., which has made a lot of the people here lose their ethnic pride and a hope for a future for their people. While countries like Russia, for example, have lost their pride in the fact that they're not a great country, i mean there's a reason why you find so many examples of videos labeled "Only in Russia"- cause it's fucking trashy.
And in being such depressing countries, we have developed a LARGE addiction to degeneration - you name it, alchohol, drugs, tobacco, sexual deviation, just so we can maybe get away from the depressing reality for a second.
But to get to the main point, the reason why Eastern Europe is such a bad case, is because we're right on the line of Europe - we're countries destroyed by trashy Russian Communism, yet so close to Europe, that we have adopted Westernization and in such have been cucked in to being less Nationalistic, less racist and more Liberal.
