This is the central problem in your incoherent thinking. It doesn't explain why Japanese crime statistics are equivalent EVERYWHERE, but the general statistics of the countries which they inhabit differ substantially.
Clearly general crime statistics are quite divergent in Brazil and America. Are you suggesting that Brazil for example is very effective at preventing rapes committed by Japanese, but the authorities let the rapes of the other ethnic groups slide in comparison? Of course you aren't actually arguing that, because it's absurd. You aren't actually arguing anything, because your thinking is completely incoherent. Just cut your losses, and stop. Just because crime is high in Brazil, that doesn't mean authorities can't respond to rapes and murders (and this says nothing of extrajudicial consequences). With this said, northeast Asians in general, by virtue of living in good communities, know better to stay away from that kind of behavior. This, of course, is just assuming Asian crime is actually low in Brazil - get your sauce on this or GTFO.

Virtually all of the asian immigration in Brazil is Japanese, for bizarre historical reasons. You can verify these statistics on wikipedia, and no, it's not just "crime" that is higher in Brazil than America; it's rapes and homicides, as well. Not only per capita either, but in absolute terms. Brazil is far from the worst place to live, but it's a fantastic example to serve against the United States and Japan, because all three polities have relatively substantial Japanese immigration. It's simply absurd to suggest that the equivalence of Japanese crime statistics in all three geographies represent a coincidence, or are otherwise caused by some nefarious conspiracy, such as Yakuza.
