Why do Americans need a wall when they can charge high prices for illegals staying and enriching their country greatly whenever they catch one. See an illegal Mexican: sell his house and everything else or make him pay million dollars. Literally no need for a wall, since they will stop coming when there are high penalties.

Can't wait until day 1 of Trump's administration. If there aren't enough funds to build the wall, he'll probably just get enough people to crowd fund it. When that happens, he can just write an executive order telling the border patrol to do nothing while the wall gets built by the time his term is over.

If some moron judge says no, it can still happen. The border patrol is in charge of the area and don't have to listen to any court order, they absolutely hate not having a viable wall. All of the border states also want a wall, except California and New Mexico.
