Also Alberta is fucked with this Carbon Tax stuff, no one will want to expand, build new infrastructure. Also that Carbon Tax is going to be really hard on farmers out west with the natural gas they use in grain silos make their product less competitive.

It's hard to say how it looks like here, because the medical studies here are hard, maybe it's about differences in the education system or difficulty of high-school exit exam. Here it's very easy to pass this exam and later get a master's degree, but it's worth shit, it's an equivalent of toilet paper (of course medicine, law, IT or engineering doesn't count, they are are still "prestigious").
