My favorite thing about the coming US elections is how dumb the Sanders supporters really are.
Soros literally paid money to Kasich to just run against Trump. But Trump didn't have to spend a penny to buy his democratic candidate.
Nothing was going wrong for Hillary. Enter Sanders, an outcast who proceeded to undermine her campaign and divide the democratic vote. His message couldn't be any better for Trump: Hillary is a corrupt liar. That's exactly what Trump needed.
Even when Sanders supporters tried to push against Trump, they embarrassed everyone, became memes, and unknowingly made their most hated candidate a good PR campaign.
And to think all of that was paid for from leftist students' pocket. Sanders was nothing more than a useful idiot for Trump. Sanders has done all the dirty work for him, and simultaneously buried the chance of a socialist candidate running again.

Everything is already decided going in, Trump supporters don't like how Sanders doesn't have that American Cowboy look attributed to what is needed to succeed in a small government American free market. Sanders' supporters don't like how Trump is too aggressive and don't have that caring aura that Sanders have as a socialist. Because of PC culture the moderates would side with Sanders because not only will he not go where Trump will, he supports PC culture. I would have nothing to say to this though because my assumption is after Sanders' supporters gain their epiphany from this, short of winning the nomination without the superdelegates, even if they lay siege on the DNC convention Hillary will still take the nomination from him. And when Sanders' supporters go out of control Hillary's supporters will try to take control of the situation by telling them they lost now take it by voting Hillary, when that happen Hillary's ratings will plummet.
So the idea is, Bernie was a Trojan horse candidate. He dazzled the crowd, got the gates open and left the Left defenseless against the centipedes.
I think Soros wanted a dog in both fights. If Bernie got it, great. If Kasich could help contest the nomination great.
