>"The American people are sick and tired of hearing about your damn emails"
Does he regret this now?
Someone so out of touch with politics that they thought a little show of solidarity would matter for something doesn't deserve to be president

Speaking for "the american people" as a whole is just a scape goat.

He said that over 6 months ago when everything was speculation because he wanted to talk about the issues. With the State Department report and hopefully the FBI one as well, that will no longer be the case.
Probably, it's sad it took until this point in his life to learn that nice guys finish last.
Probably not, but that's because he's an idiot

No.
He couldn't go after Hillary for personal reasons bc Democrats think of any personal criticism as a GOP conspiracy, so he had to play it cool.
He knew that it was a safer bet to wait for the scandal to take its own course and to just play the populist card to her left.
Why do you think he isn't dropping out when it's clear that, by delegates, he has almost 0 chance of winning the convention? It's bc Hillary might still have to drop out at this point, and he's just waiting in thw wings.
the dems won't pick him, though.

He is right though. We are sick of hearing about it. We want to hear about her indictment.

No because the email shit is a distraction for real issues.
Benrie really cucked himself with that one
He believes in serious issue driven campaigns. He doesn't believe in scandal laden politics. He sees them as distractions.
He knew there was an investigation. The investigations were on going and would conclude. They would either say she's innocent, or guilty. Sanders talking about it wouldn't matter then. It only matters what these investigations conclude.
Now they're starting to come back. The IG report on rules is pretty damning. We now wait the FBI on whether they would recommend indictment.

This, if FBI go for it, he will get the nomination.
With Shillary's 600 gorillion superdelegates vs his 0, he was never going to win.
