Even Labour safe-seats in the North are in favour of Leave. For Hartlepool it says not enough data but they elected 5 UKIP Councillors last month so that seals it.

Euroscepticism does not correlate with voting intention.
I'm sceptical of the EU but voting leave is a ludicrous position.
If UKIP hadnt had 4million votes Id have said Stay, lots of people had a wakeup when that happened, Farage was the first person in ages not to just tow the gorernment line without saying racist things, its the problem most on here have, they find it hard to get their points across without sounding like how the opposition want you to sound.
