The US women's soccer team are under a collective bargaining agreement. They agreed to their pay and now they're bitching AFTER they won the world cup that it's not enough. The US womens soccer team (the best in the world) regularly gets blown out by our U-17 team (which is comprised of mainly 15 year olds). Quite a few years ago, the Southern California ODP team (best 15 year old players in Southern CA) scrimmaged the USWNT when they had Mia Hamm and plenty other famous gold medal winners. Thats really my biggest problem when watching it. They need to make the field smaller for the women. They can't even kick the ball all the way from one side of the field to the other (and im not talking about the long ways, i mean sideline to sideline). You'll see a pass fall short and the ball literally just come to a complete stop on the field 10 meters short of a player 30 times a game it seems.
