Would goth, punk, emo, hipster, weeb and other subcultures exist in your ideal world?
Interesting question my friend. These subcultures generally arise out of distaste for the popular culture or general teen angst during the formation of identity.
I would actually allow the emos to exist and I would give free razor blade handouts.
Metalheads, skinheads and punks. Some goths, but that's it.
Yes, but people would be rightly discouraged from these irresponsible lifestyles as they were in the past.
I think the main problem is people never grow out of these subcultures and become trapped in a cycle of eternal infancy and foolishness, all the while nusociety encourages them for being a unique special snowflake when in fact they're just following a dumbass trend designed to make them buy hair dye/piercings/star wars products/vinyl/fixie bikes/anime/nintendo games

Every punk/emo/weabo etc. that I know got into those hobbies as a way of avoiding their shitty family life/single mothers/divorce problem/drunk dad/whatever
My ideal world has functioning, healthy families. So sure, if these subcultures found a way to magically pop into existence and appeal to people in the free market of healthy sane people, then I see no problem. But there's no fucking way that would ever happen.
