Free healthcare is a prerequisite for a free country; it is a cornerstone of liberty. Your capacity for good health should not be restricted by your wherewithal, this is in gross conflict with what it means to be free.

Pick one, newfriend.
Okay I really hate liberals and their victim mentality. But I can't help but have some sympathy for people that really can't afford health insurance, especially if they have a job at Walmart or McDonald's etc. I'd be fine giving basic health insurance to people who can't afford it. As well as a sliding scale after you reach a certain income (like 30-50k) to help pay for it. And it's just for things like emergencies and life-saving drugs.

We wait 10+ hours in the emergency room and months at a time if we have chronic illnesses. Gotta give the Syrians their checkups and shiet!
