I guess the only downside to that would be if they were too geographically proximate to the US, they could still claim we were fucking with them. Moving them back to Africa would be ideal. I just don't undTHEY don't want this. We could divert a fraction of our foreign aid to financing their move, and setting them up with land, etc. It would be a massive economic benefit to any African country that accepted them as colonists.
