It is most likely impossible. Russia needs the Kurds to bully Turkey, so no RuAF support. And the SAA is already over-reliant on RuAF support, it is only going to be worse a few years later when they will finally have the chance to attack the Kurds.

The pics from stratfor indicate that the shelling was extremely precise and hit within 10-20 meters of their targets
