No, he's a fucking idiot and has is 100% reversed. Reddit used to be full of people who were well informed, civil, and generally leaned libertarian. However, over the past ~3 years, reddit has become decidedly liberal (and anything but well informed and civil). There were several SJWs who became admins, and many subreddits had massive SJW takeovers in the mod teams leading to censorship of anything that didn't fall in line with PC culture and socialism. The chairman of reddit was implicit in this because he wanted the site to become more liberal, because they spend a lot of money on bullshit. The overwhelming majority of redditors think two things: 1) that reddit as a whole is conservative, racist, and close minded (this one actually is technically true, but not in the way they're thinking), and 2) that they are being brave by spouting their specific line of liberal bullshit, yet somehow they are almost always upvoted with dissension being silenced or downvoted.
I can't stand reddit nowadays. Everyone there is super pro-Sanders and (unsurprisingly) totally financially illiterate and dishonest.
