Why does the media support Trump?
>>
They don't

But the chart clearly shows that they do. So why?

Is there a problem?

I'd love to see the methodology of this study. I only see a bar graph. What constitutes "negative" coverage?
>>
they give him more attention because he acts like a reality show star with no content, just like the low attention span public loves
plus every press is good press

Clinton: Yeah, she has some small problems with this demographic of voters

Trump: RACIST, XENOPHOBE!!!!
>>
>>74984032

>implying that charts are a word of god and they don't lie

BTFO leaf.

Vox is a so-called "extreme right" party in Spain, but unfortunately it has nothing to do with Trump.
>>
>>74984032

Negative media coverage for Sanders is like:

Well he's a nice guy and all and he's really a great guys and all and he's honest and sincere and all but Hillary is just more qualified you know and she is less divisive you know and she has broader appeal you know.

Negative meida coverage for Trump is like:

OMFG A FUCKING HITLER! A FUCKING RACIST HITLER FASCIST REEEEEEEE! FUCKING FUCK REEEEEEEEEEE! MUH PRINCIPLES MUH VALUES REEEEEE! #NEVERTRUMP # PROUDTOBEAKEK

Closing the negatives gap will help make the race closer. If the race is closer then ratings will go up.

>I'd love to see the methodology of this study. I only see a bar graph. What constitutes "negative" coverage?

http://www.vox.com/2016/4/15/11410160/hillary-clinton-media-bernie-sanders
>To figure out which news outlets to include in its analysis, Crimson Hexagon used software that measures the number of retweets and mentions on Twitter from publications and their most prolific reporters.
>They figured out which sites had generated the most "conversation" around each of the candidates, and then filtered out aggregators and other internet bots that weren't writing original stories.

Negative stories about Hillary are being shared on social media more than negative Trump stories. This qualifies as "generating more media coverage".

In other words, if CNN wrote 500 articles about castrating Trump with a rusty nail, and 1 article about Hillary's e-mail scandal, and the Hillary article was shared more on Twitter, CNN is biased against Hillary.

Well Vox the website is liberal propaganda site created by a jew

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vox_%28website%29
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ezra_Klein
>Vox is an American news website run by Vox Media, founded by liberal columnist Ezra Klein and launched in April 2014. Key contributors include Matthew Yglesias, Dylan Matthews, Max Fisher, Melissa Bell and Sarah Kliff. Its signature feature is the reusable, wiki-like "card stack", which provides context and key definitions related to an article topic.

>Pascal-Emmanuel Gobry at The Week accused the site as "partisan commentary in question-and-answer disguise" and criticized the site for having a "starting lineup was mostly made up of ideological liberals."[6]

>The Federalist's David Harsanyi criticized the site's concept of "explanatory journalism" in an article titled "How Vox Makes Us Stupid", arguing that the website picked and chose what facts to use in order to only reinforce their readers' progressive liberal worldview, and that "explanatory journalism" inherently leaves out opposing viewpoints and different perspectives that should be considered.[7]

>The Washington Times's Christopher J. Harper criticized the site for reporting mistakes, including reporting inaccurate information about the Michael Brown shooting case, reporting on a nonexistant bridge between Israel and Gaza, erroneously stating that the 2014 winter solstice would be the longest night in history, and others. He wrote that for a "much-ballyhooed website aiming to make journalism better and to explain the news" it "makes a lot of mistakes."[8]

Don't try to change/avoid the subject with your shitty conspiracies, please.
>>

Interesting so even with the heavy anti Trump bias with the media the truth is getting spread by individuals on Social media. No wonder Zuckercunt has been trying to stop right wing stories from being spread.
>>
>>74985135
The disinformation they tried to spin here is actually frightening, there are probably a fair number of liberals that readily consume whatever this site produces. I'm surprised they haven't received flack from other media organizations.

>>74985433
It's obvious you are b8ing but it's honestly interesting to look into how some liberal sites create propaganda so keep bumping with random mindless comments please

>Why does the media support Trump?
They don't 'support' him so much as 'follow' him.
They're job is to sell clicks or papers or viewers.
When they follow Trump, they get those...
>>
>>74985945
Statistics this dude >>74985135 showed were inaccurate. And saying "your analysis is shit" isn't exactly much of an argument.
BTW, I'm drunk, so I can argue with you for hours about this if you like
>>
>>74986714
No. The graph clearly shows that they support him. Your analysis is shit.
>>
>>74986811
He didn't show anything, he posted a picture of a smug anime girl and made some far-fetched extrapolations that he pulled out of his ass.

I have a graph that that shows that all Canadians are clinically retarded, doesn't mean it's right.
>>
>>74987049
It is based on a consistently accurate software that reliably shows correct information like the one I posted?
>>
>>74987049
but it likely is...
>>
>>74986968
>>74987191
The software that works out the number of retweets favourites of news outlets' stories right? People don't retweet shit about Trump because it's just so commonplace nobody gives a shit, nobody retweets really bad stuff about Sanders because his supporters are all on the internet and retweet the bad shit about Hillary, who's primary votebase are the black communities and middle aged women

Even if everything that you just pointed out were true, it wouldn't contradict the study, so I don't know why you posted it.

You are including tweets about trump from a time where he wasn't nearly as widely hated. What is the point of even looking at those stories?
>>
>>74988460
He was just as hated then, he's the one who started the whole Tea Party shit.

Also, fuck you.

You put a line space between all of your lines, you use ellipses, you are the most obvious shill from reddit I've seen in a while.

I need you to imagine that about a third of the articles mentioning trump are useless in your study for two reasons.
One, they were before his famous wall speech.
Two, because he is a businessman, a lot of them are neutral or positive only because they are talking about businesses during that time period.

Don't you leftist always get pissed off when people cherry pick points on a graph to show global warming isn't happening?
This is the same exact concept. Your source picked a time where Hillary wasn't getting a lot of flack for her emails, making it look the worse it can and it also picked a time where trump got no real bad political press because he was a non-factor. Stop posting leaf.
>>
>>74989421
